How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy. You can buy a product wherever you see it – choose your favourite item, select any options and click on “Add to basket”. The product you have chosen is placed in your shopping cart at the top right of the screen, and you can click on the bag icon to view its contents at any time. When you are ready to place your order, select “Checkout” from the shopping cart and follow the simple instructions to complete the one-step checkout process. How do I find a specific item?

To find a specific item, search our online shop by product category in the top menu. There is also a “Search” function in the top right-hand corner of the website, which can be used to search for products by keyword.

How do I know if an item is available?

Most of the items shown are available. When you select the quantity of a product, and select the desired options (size, colour, etc.) you will immediately see its availability. If a size is deactivated on the product page, it means that the item is out of stock in that size. If a product is out of stock, you can notify us of your interest by contacting or by calling +39 0584 787200. Please note that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it is not reserved and will remain available to other customers.

How do I know if you have received my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order; your order will only be accepted and the items shipped once your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items have been located. At this point, you will receive a second e-mail from us confirming your order.

When will I receive my order?

The parcel will be handed over to our logistics partner, DHL, for shipment within 5 business days of the order date (not weekends and holidays). Orders shipped through our delivery partner, DHL, are delivered from Monday to Friday. On the delivery day, you will be sent a designated time slot via SMS as an approximate window, but this is not guaranteed.

If you wish to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be reimbursed for the original item in accordance with our usual return policy.

You have 14 days (from when you receive the purchased product) to request the return of an item.

Will my return period be affected if the order is delayed?

You have 14 days from when you receive the purchased product to ask for the return. Once the request has been made, you have 14 days to return the items to us. If, for some reason, you cannot make a return request or organise the collection within this time, contact our customer service team so that we can immediately help you.
